3. Keep Yourself Hydrated
While it’s comforting to feel warm under the sun, the summer heat can definitely get you hydrated. Start your day by drinking at least 2 glasses of water and feel free to lemon if you want a better taste. It’s recommended to drink warm water first thing in the morning to clean your body from within. Meanwhile, avoid drinking cold water during meals as this can solidify the oily things from the food. So if you don’t want to increase the bad fat in your body, it’s best to stick with warm water while eating.
